Cancellation and Refund Procedures
Willow River Community Education reserves the right to cancel any activity due to insufficient enrollment.
Complete refunds will be given if this occurs. If you want to cancel your registration, you must do so no later than 48 hours prior to the start of a class or activity. A cancellation fee of up to $5.00 may be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be given after the start of a class or activity.
Some fees are not refundable or may require more than the 48 hour cancellation notice. An example is a bus trip.
These activities are expensive and need a minimum number of participants to meet costs.
Class Waitlists
Willow River Community Education maintains waitlists of students for current & future classes.
If you cannot get into a class, we will add your name to a list and contact you if and when the class is rescheduled.
If you are interested in learning something that we do not offer or if you or someone you know are interested in teaching a class, please call us at 218-372-3131 x159 or email us at: [email protected]
